Frank Jablonski                        Noah Golden-Krasner

Frank Jablonski

Frank Jablonski, J.D., University of Wisconsin, 1983.

Attorney Frank Jablonski leads Progressive Law Group’s environmental law, business litigation, and consumer law work.

He has been working professionally on energy, environmental, toxic substance, natural resource, business, regulatory and consumer matters since 1982.  He has been honored twice for his work on Wisconsin Legislative Council Special Committees (1985 and 1993) and he and his firm were described as ranking the “best lawyers and law firms now practicing in this state.” (City of St. Croix Falls v. Public Service Commission of Wisconsin et. al., Polk County Case 99 CV 242).

He represents individuals, communities, businesses, business owners and shareholders, and non-profit organizations.  He has been lead counsel in administrative, regulatory, trial, and appellate court actions too numerous to recount.   These have involved:

Environmental Issues

  •  Energy facilities, and their impact on the environment, on communities, on municipalities, and on individuals (Coal, Natural Gas, Wind Energy, Hydroelectric, Nuclear, Transmission Lines, Farm Methane);
  • Air and water pollution, including Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act citizen lawsuits;

Business disputes:

  • Contract litigation
  • Fair competition

Real estate litigation:

  •     Eminent domain proceedings
  •     Construction and contractor disputes

 Consumer matters, such as:

  •     Misrepresentation
  •     Lemon automobiles

Consumer class actions

His perspective is further informed by practical executive experience outside the field of law.  Mr. Jablonski managed a wood products manufacturing division and worked as Regional Manager for an energy services subsidiary of Puget Sound Power and Light Company, an investor-owned utility. He has also served on the Boards of non-profit organizations and advised political campaigns and municipalities.  Business, organizational, and community clients have found the keen and realistic understanding derived from this experience to be invaluable

If you have a specific problem that you think involves legal issues, nothing can substitute for a personal conference with a qualified lawyer.  When you have that discussion (with us or with another lawyer), be sure to be ready to discuss your case from all angles (a good lawyer will help you do this), and bring your documents!
