Our law firm's founder, Frank Jablonski, has been recognized as ranking among “the best lawyers… now practicing in this state” (Polk County Case 99 CV 242), and has twice been honored for work on environmental matters (State of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Legislative Council 1985 and 1993).

He has over twenty years of legal experience, much of it in major litigation.

His wide-ranging professional background includes internal executive positions with a utility company subsidiary and a wood products manufacturer, and 3-1/2 years as General Counsel to Wisconsin’s largest environmental organization.

Many law firms track entirely to either the “defense side” or the “plaintiff’s side,” regardless of the dispute. We take cases by determining whether we can back the justice of the client’s position.
